What is your refunds policy concerning the Breast Milk Jewelry?<\/strong><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

You can cancel your entire order of your breast milk with a full refund within 2 days after purchase. The reason is that after your purchase, I order the parts needed to make your jewelry and I ship you the \u201call in one\u201d package if you are in Canada.<\/p>

If you want to cancel your order after two days, before I receive your breast milk, a refund of 50% of your total bill will be made.<\/p>

For an order cancellation after receiving your breast milk, a refund of 10% of your total bill will be possible.<\/p>

No refund will be issued following the loss or breakage of your jewel unless otherwise stated.<\/p>

For the other products :<\/strong><\/p>

  • Unless you selected express shipping at the time of your purchase, orders should be received within 3 to 7 business days.<\/li>
  • Clients requesting a refund must contact us via email for approval. The merchandise must be returned along with a copy of the invoice and authorization number. Products returned without an authorization number will be rejected and returned to you at your cost.<\/li>
  • Exchanges are permitted, with the exception of special orders and customized items.<\/li>
  • The client is responsible for the shipping costs in the case of a return.<\/li>
  • All merchandise must be in its original packaging and resalable in order to be exchanged or refunded.<\/li>
  • Exchanges or refunds may be requested within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.<\/li>
  • Exchanges will be processed according to their stock availability. You will be notified by email or telephone in the case of a back-order.<\/li><\/ul>

    If you have chosen the payments option<\/strong>, it is agreed that :<\/p>
