If you have chosen the 3 payments option, It is agreed that :
- You agree to pay the amount indicated on the invoice in 3 times, each payment being done 1 month apart. The first amount will be increased by $ 25 for administrative fees.
- You will receive the “all-in-one” package to deliver your breast milk after receiving the second payment. The jewelry will be made and sent after receipt of the final payment, according to the deadlines provided for this purpose.
- The $ 25 fee, applicable to the total amount for the administrative management of your purchase, is non-refundable.
- Any cancellation of order must be made between the first and the second payment corresponding to the payment schedule established at the time of purchase. In these circumstances, only the first payment will be refunded, less the $ 25 administration fee. Cancellations are not allowed after the second payment.

What is your refunds policy concerning the Breast Milk Jewelry?
You can cancel your entire order of your breast milk with a full refund within 2 days after purchase. The reason is that after your purchase, I order the parts needed to make your jewelry and I ship you the “all in one” package if you are in Canada.
If you want to cancel your order after two days, before I receive your breast milk, a refund of 50% of your total bill will be made.
For an order cancellation after receiving your breast milk, a refund of 10% of your total bill will be possible.
For the other products :
- Unless you selected express shipping at the time of your purchase, orders should be received within 3 to 7 business days.
- Clients requesting a refund must contact us via telephone for approval. The merchandise must be returned along with a copy of the invoice and authorization number. Products returned without an authorization number will be rejected and returned to you at your cost.
- Exchanges are permitted, with the exception of special orders and customized items.
- The client is responsible for the shipping costs in the case of a return.
- All merchandise must be in its original packaging and resalable in order to be exchanged or refunded.
- Exchanges or refunds may be requested within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.
- Exchanges will be processed according to their stock availability. You will be notified by email or telephone in the case of a back-order.
